Refund policy

At La Rosa Diamonds we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our manufacturing warranty includes
- All repairs and resizing within 90 days of purchase. 
- Correcting any manufacturing defects. 
- Professional cleaning and inspections. 

Manufacturing warranty does not include: 
- The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. 
- Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones. 
- Theft or loss of the item. 

We do not currently issue refunds in the form of original payment for any of our items. Under certain circumstances we will issue a store credit, in this case, the return shipping will be deducted from the original amount.
